About Me

Hi, I'm Beckie, 31 year old British girl who has been travelling since November 2015. Having spent the past year working in Australia, I am now back on the road adventuring again exploring Vanuatu and Fiji before heading to New Zealand at the end of the year.

I am clean, tidy and respectful and know how to make a good cuppa! I am friendly and sociable, getting on with most people, but also respect people's space and privacy. I love animals!

I am a solo traveller so looking for company, conversation and new friends. Can't wait to meet you! 😊

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock and metal music predominantly, a little acoustic thrown in now and then for good measure and I can also be caught listening to dance music occasionally.
Regarding books, post-apocalyptic, dystopian fiction with essences of fantasy and sci-fi peppered in. Controversially however, my favourite book is a beautifully poetic number about the Holocaust that goes by the name 'The Book Thief'.
Similar genre for my answer to the movies question but I am a bit of a film fanatic. Don't get me started but my all time top 3 favourite must watch movies are: 28 Days Later, Jurassic Park (obviously) and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
