I'm originally a countryside kid, and now enjoy moving between urban and rural/remote places. I love cooking/food and learning about other peoples' stories, lives and cultures. I'm a laid back and independent guest, happy to settle into the speed of my surroundings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a privilege to have a network for grass roots homestays. I have so appreciated it through the years and look forward to the day when I can give back to it by hosting myself. My experience has always been enriching!

Interests

Music of all sorts, particularly jazz, folk and classical genres. I love to do crafty things, such as painting, embroidering and cooking. Also outdoor adventures and cycling, hiking, etc.
