关于我
CURRENT MISSION
To figure out what the next step is through countless adventures.
ABOUT ME
I'm an open minded person who tries to make sure that everyone is taken care of and has a good time. I like to be social and go out and do lots of things, new and old. Meeting new people is a part of my life in Shanghai and I make a point to never close that aspect of being social out of my life.
PHILOSOPHY
I can't plan anymore - I just have to go with what happens.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情
There are two moments from all of my travels that stand out most in my mind. One is serious and one memorable.
The serious moment happened a few years ago when I was backpacking in Tibet. I had met a local Tibetan on the train and her family invited me into their home for dinner on evening. Upon my arrival a monk came in through the gate. He came in an had a seat we discussed the differences in our religious ideals and beliefs and he asked me how I felt standing in Monasteries. After this conversation I was told that this monk was quite special and was the leader of a monastery in Qinghai and was the reincarnation of their original leader.
The second occurred when I was traveling in Japan. One morning I left a hostel wearing a white sundress and went out for the day to see the sights in Kyoto. Only carrying a bag large enough to hold my camera I was visiting a rock garden when it started to pour. Seeing a tree ahead of me, I stopped beside it and watched the rain come down even harder. It was then that an older Japanese gentleman also pulled in his bike under the tree, pulled out his umbrella, and gave it to me - saving me from becoming soaking wet. When the rain stopped I returned the umbrella, said thank you, and he smiled and rode off.
