I love to travel, but I am assuming most couch surfers do. I just finished my Bachelor's degree and I'm traveling through Latin America for a few months before I start my Master's. I am always up for an adventure, and love to learn new things.
I have to say one of my favorite things about traveling is trying new foods.
I'm super easy to get along with and I enjoy hearing people's stories.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To meet new people when I'm in new places. I have yet to couchsurf but I have hosted a couch surfer and it was a great time. I love that the internet has allowed this community of people to connect and form a certain style of traveling.
I have a Australian friend who couchsurfed for 4 months traveling through the United States, and I get to hear about all the crazy fun stories, so I hope to make some of my own.

Sitting at a coffee shop with a good espresso or cup of tea reading a book or writing my blog.

Visiting my parents in the small town I grew up in and spending time with my dog, Tonks (best dog ever!).

Learning new languages, thank you Duolingo.

Meeting new people.

Currently I'm learning how to surf, something I've always wanted to do, but it's not easy to find waves in Minnesota.

I listen to almost everything, but put a drink in my hand and turn on salsa music and you will find me dancing.

Often the common theme or the music, movies, and books I enjoy is that they are sappy and romantic.

I also love punk rock and action flicks. I have never really had television, so I grew up watching a lot of movies, or whatever tv series we bought on DVD. I can often be heard quoting Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Austin Powers.
