ABOUT ME
here the standard facts (for the more human and philosophical things it is better to meet): I studied computer science, mathematics and philosophy (PhD in maths) and while studying travelled a lot - and decided quite quickly that travelling is not what I wanted, so I lived abroad for many years, studied and worked in Spain, Argentina, Slowakia, Pakistan, worked in the field of cultural and humanitarian projects and as a photographer doing slide show presentations (working in North African countries and Asian countries mainly). Co-founded organizations like fabula, proLoka, Canchas, or Danka, joined the organization ipsum and since a few years I have been working in math art and math communication, co-ordinating the international travelling exhibition IMAGINARY and a small math museum in Germany for the Mathematisches Forschungsinstitut Oberwolfach.
if somebody is interested in more details about where I am involved I give you web-links here:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
awestrucking at the moments when you feel that humans are humans are connected are open are friendly are curious are interesting and share one thing, awestrucking is when the Targi in Southern Algeria makes you a mint tea on a small fire below the stars and tells you that he could not stand Paris and the city " Look at the stars, do you want to exchange this place with a big ugly city?", awestrucking is the Tyrolean dialect of my grandmother and the Schnitzel she makes for me when I visit her, awestrucking is when you feel like a bird being independent on the road with nothing in your backbag and nothing left behind and when you feel that you know touch the earth and are real, awestrucking is life when you struggle for a project in a big team with friends and try to make something unique, longlasting, something that makes sense on a longer level...
