ABOUT ME

G,day. My name is Sean Beech and I currently backpacking around the world. I am a 23 year old sport and outdoor education teacher when I am living in Melbourne.

PHILOSOPHY

life is like a garden, you've got to dig it!

Interests

I love most sports but still play basketball, tennis, bike riding and running regularly. Outdoor activities like camping, surfing, hiking, skateboarding and anything else outside. Going out with friends and having a few beers is always a good time. I have an old kombi van which I have enjoyed restoring and road tripping up the east coast of Australia. My first overseas trip to south east Asia gave me the travelling bug and have enjoyed several trips to Bali and looking forward to seeing the rest of the world beginning July 2011.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Into the wild, Detroit Rock City, all Adam Sandler and Will Farrell movies.
Music: People under the stairs, Mos Def, Rage against the machine, Jurassic 5, Justice, Daft Punk. I have a pretty wide taste in music, rock, hip hop, dub step, indie, acoustic, you name it I like it!
Books: Now that I am travelling I have rediscovered the pleasures of reading. Most books I will give a flick through.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first overseas adventure to south east Asia (Thailand, Vietnam and Laos)with really close friends was an amazing and challenging time, but I'm hoping to add some new ones on this next adventure.
