ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm Ben Wellington. I grew up in New York City. NYC will always be home to me, but I love to travel around the world. I spend most of my summers in Paris visiting my family. I make student films, films for my self, work on productions, do film editing, and do videography work for events. Over the past year I've been working and studying in London and Rome.

PHILOSOPHY

I want to spend my life making movies and meeting people from all over the world. Life should be spent having a good time and working hard to reach your personal goals--whatever they may be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to help people discover New York City the way I see it by touring them around its best spots. Hopefully I will stay with people around the world who share this same goal. I look forward to being a regular host when I settle down one day.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only surfed three times. This being said, my hosts have shown me the true meaning of CouchSurfing, and while I am new to it, I am already hooked.

I like learning a bit of everything! Right now I'm trying to learn how to say cheers in every language :D. Curse words are always fun too. More importantly, though if you have recommendations for films or music from your country I would love both.
