About Me

Hello, I'm Beeke Kirsch and I'm a 24 year-old student. I study biomedical engineering and love to travel the world, do sports and play the piano. For me couch surfing is an awesome opportunity to meet interesting people, have good talks and broaden my mind, since I see all kinds of livings which I think is absolutely amazing. I'm very open minded, easy to go and always up for a good laugh.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I am a student my budget is little as most of you can refer to as students. But I want to see as many places as possible, so I'm honestly grateful that people like you let me stay at their places for free so I can see a lot and meet nice people and have great talks and laughs. Plus - as I mentioned in the About Me part- I thing it's super interesting to meet all different kinds of people, have interesting talks and see how people live.

Interests

I love to travel, meet new people, do sports and play the piano. Furthermore I like to go out with friends, I love cooking, especially with other people and of course eating and food in general is a huge interest of me:).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love melodical metal without much shouting or growling, e.g. Blind Guardian is pretty much my favourite band. When I want it more relaxed I like music such as Bonobo. For me it is important to have real music you can feel which isn't too much autotuned and all the edges are taken off.
Reading is also a huge hobby of mine - I mainly read in english and read a wide range of book genres. Sometimes a bit harder to swallow, stuff that makes you start to think, sometimes books you can read away like that, that give you a smile or simply a good time :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me it is finishing my Bachelor Degrees in Biomedical Engineering so I can actual call myself an Engineer now and having a student job where I actually work in my field. Master Degrees I am coming for you :)
