I'm on a two to three month bicycle tour across Southern Europe (and a bit of Northern Africa)!!!

i like being outside, adventures of grand scope and scale, feeling slightly out of my element, paying slightly less heed to the Man than i perhaps should, bicycling, jumping into clean water, playing music, fixing up old broken things, cooking, laughing till i cry, and a bunch of other things

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

when i had a house my roommates and i used to let couchsurfers sleep in an extra room which somehow became carpeted by a number of futons. ideal, really.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

it's a wonderful feeling when people who were very recently strangers say out of the blue, "hey, you should stay and live here," and you think to yourself, "wow, i'd really love to. you guys rock!"
