About Me
Learn for life and live to learn, in order to always become and never just be.
I think it is easier said than done, but I try to learn from all the little things in life, may it be by travelling, listening to stories of other people.
I am currently studying spatial planning in Dortmund and have a basic interest in everything that is going on in cities, how the people are getting along and all the factors that determine your life. But to cut it down to my individual space, i find happiness in the daily life and the little things. I play Ultimate Frisbee for a few years and I get easily addicted by the atmosphere on tournaments, because I really appreciate the mutual respect and the spirit and fairplay that is constantly present in the game.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It started all with the intention of meeting new people in a town where I was new, and suddenly I found myself using it as a surfer more and more. I am on couchsurfing, because I want to support the idea of people creating a better understanding of each other.
Interests
I'm interested in learning new languages. It's easier when you are in the specific country and pick up many things and practice right away. I also love poetry, music, trying new food from all around the world, cooking and spending time with people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music all depends on the mood, but mostly electronic music, psychedelic rock and some sludge metal
I like reading Murakami, Orwell, and recently I am interested in fiction about utopia or distopia
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
watching the Aurora in total silence in Yellowknife, then suddenly hearing a loud crack through the ice on the frozen lake that I was standing on. Amazing and scary.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can always teach you expressions or basics in languages, teach you about Ultimate Frisbee or cooking.
