ABOUT ME

I am currently trying to figure out what I want to do, who I am, who I want to be, and what other people, cultures and situations are all about. I figured traveling to places I have never been was a good place to start. At the moment I am on a west coast road trip with two friends in search of a place to relocate to!

Currently hoping to surf while traveling as well as attending events and meeting new people everywhere I go. When I settle down again I would love to reciprocate and host people as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Currently a noob but have heard countless good things from friends, friends of friends and everyone who knows about it. Can't wait to start getting involved so I can speak for myself!

Always acquiring new interests. I love exploring and meeting new people, good conversation, bad jokes, reading, music, movies, pretty much anything outdoors- also most things indoors. Really I like most things.

My taste is pretty eclectic across the board. Don't find many things that I strongly dislike and am constantly trying to expand my knowledge and appreciation of all the above!

Books: working on Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace, trying to read everything that has been recommended to me. The Lover (L'Amant), 100 Years of Solitude, Franny and Zooey, Black Hole, books upon books

Movies: Metropolis, M, Drive, Grease, Hiroshima Mon Amour, Woody Allen, Stanley Kubrick, Bonnie and Clyde, Harold and Maude, Lost in Translation, Say Anything... also I really love horrible romantic comedies and animated adventure films
