I'm a 26 year-old Canadian who recently completed his second degree in Montreal. I am currently working in my hometown of Toronto. I am multi-lingual and love travelling because it allows me to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and experience new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a couchsurfing member because it allows you to connect with people you otherwise may not have an opportunity to meet. I've always found that I've had better experiences in places where I've chatted and been shown around by locals, whether it be through couchsurfing, friends I've met abroad, or friends of friends. I enjoy experiencing what it's really like to live in a city, rather than just crossing off tourist sights (although that can be fun too!).

Interests

It goes without saying that I love travelling! I'm been fortunate to have visited 35+ countries (Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand).

I also really enjoy learning new languages. I'm currently trying to pick up German and Spanish.

I love being outdoors, biking around town, hiking, and trying out different activities.

Deciding to go on exchange (twice) was probably the best decision I've ever made.

I am happy to pass along any knowledge or stories from my travels or teach anyone who has an interest in English, French, or Farsi.

I am also a very responsible traveler who treats hosts' homes (and even hostels) as if it were my own place.
