I am in my senior year studying piano performance in Minneapolis. We musicians are a rare breed out in travel culture, as so many seem to spend their lives in a practice room, but my primary goal in life is to experience as much of the world as possible. I love my school and my major and the beautiful city that I live in.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm studying classical music in school, but I really listen to just about everything. Some of my favorite artists include Sylvan Esso, Glass Animals, and The Shins, but my favorite song of all time has to be the timeless classic, Come on Eileen.

I really like the weird movies that have some sort of crazy twist to them. Like Momento by Christopher Nolan, or Victoria, which is a German film that was filmed in all in one take.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spontaneously booked a day-of plane ticket to Colombia because I had a flight to Brazil get cancelled and found a cheap ticket. So I showed up in Colombia for a 3 week trip with absolutely no plans.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to tell and listen to stories! I must admit, I am not much of a chef myself, but I like learning new recipes and helping out in the kitchen. I can also play and teach music, so if you have any instruments laying around we can probably teach each other a thing or two :)
