Overview
About Me
Plant-powered 21 year old out to see the world. Currently in search of accommodation for a North America road trip adventure!
Through various life opportunities, I’ve lived all across the United States as well as in Australia for a year on working holiday. At this moment in time, I am halfway through a bachelors degree in biological sciences through Arizona State University with the intent of continuing on into medical school.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To connect with and befriend those around me while also traveling in the most cost-effective way possible!
Interests
While home in Orlando, I’ve taken up indoor rock climbing with my younger sister and we have both fallen in love with the sport! Alternating between climbing and yoga [yet another passion of mine], I love to keep both body and mind healthy and strong.
I’m a science major with a love for all things nature! In this next decade of life I’d like to spend more time outdoors, more time learning about and listening to my surroundings.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Indie/alternative rock with a hint of folk here and there! San Cisco, Mitski, ABBA, Tom Rosenthal, Taco Cat.
Movies: I tend not to watch much film, but I do follow the Marvel story arch closely and balance out those violent blockbusters with sweet, more artful indie-style films on love and life and all that jazz.
Books: I’ll read most anything! Fiction or nonfiction, I enjoy and appreciate all genres for what they bring to the table.
In this season of life, I’ve been consuming mostly local [Portland, OR and now Orlando, FL] poetry while also working through the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy series [just finished book 2!].
Some all time favorites include: On the Road, The Address Book, Looking for Alaska, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Upped and moved across the planet! [On my own as a brand new adult nonetheless].
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Headstands! [All kinds]
Learn: Though I’ve always been fairly satisfied in my cooking abilities, I’m reaching a point in adult life where I am eager to know more! I’d love to learn about and better understand the various flavor profiles of food.
Share: I’m a naturally “bendy boi” and am able to walk on my toe-knuckles as well as bend in other odd but entertaining ways. My ukulele skills are always improving and I love to play singalongs [find me an instrument and the chords and I’m all yours!].
What I Can Share with Hosts
Forever friendship and a supportive listening ear above all else— though I do love to organize/clean and am more than happy to help with any projects around [or even outside of] the house! Let me know if there is anything I can do for you :)
