i've recently graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in German. absolutely love European history, politics, philosophy nd literature.

on the weekends i can be found faffing about in the countryside, tanning at the seaside, inside playing xbox (if the weather is dreadful!) or partying with my friends =)

i love to travel nd often jaunt off around the world for months at a time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing to me has always been staying over at a friend's house after an immense night of partying, not even necessarily on a couch but any available space - bath, floor, roof, that sort of thing.

However, last summer I popped across the Atlantic and couchsurfed around the U.S. with a friend which was fantastic. So many lovely people nd so many mental experiences.

Absolutely all sorts.

Music: jazz, blues, acoustic, dub-step, drum and bass, black metal, classical, techno, reggae, folk, country, the list goes on!

Books: classics, comics (joe sacco, marjane satrapi etc) philosophical texts (from plato to sartre and beyond!), social commentaries ( the satyricon, les fleurs du mal, etc), theatre (the generic trio: shakespeare, miller, ibsen)
