I find nutrition and wellness just fascinating. Currently being on my own self-healing journey I eat a mostly whole food unprocessed foods but ketogenic diet . I’m drawn to horses, plants, and music. My goal Is to gain skills and wisdom to apply to my own homestead one day
I would like to WWOOF this winter in western states where the weather will allow me further my education in a growing season that weather won’t permit at home.
I value the experience to learn any skills a farm has to offer, Would love to expand my knowledge in gardening, hemp, foraging, homesteading, and carpentry.
