I just finished grad school for occupational therapy and I’m moving from Boston to Texas for a 3 month travel OT job. I’ve always wanted to road trip the US and this is my chance to do part of it! I love to travel and meet new people. As I begin my first career-type job now more than ever I want to make sure I don’t get into so much of a routine that I stop adventuring and living every day. That’s not always easy because I do love my comfy couch potato days but when I’m in a new city I love to spend the whole day walking around exploring everything. I’m not a pro at any of these things but I do really enjoy hiking, yoga, and horseback riding, and really any time spent outside.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I’m new to couch surfing but it seems to me it’s a way of meeting some awesome people in the cities I pass through on this solo road trip.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Hiked the tallest mountain in Madagascar which was a 3 day hike that definitely pushed me to my limits. I honestly just don’t think I thought it would be that high. A girl I was traveling with wanted to do it and I said sure. 3 days later we were in rough shape but I made it!

Hard to think of something concrete off the top of my head but I believe we can always learn from other people and that’s what I love about the idea of couch surfing.
