Overview
About Me
Hello! My name is Bella and I am currently solo backpacking around Europe for 6 months or so and looking to meet friends along the way! This is my second try at a solo Euro trip as my first one went awry when I lost a finger in Amsterdam. I love to chat and learn about people’s hobbies, passions or hear other travel stories/recommendations.
Whilst I’m away I want to try to take advantage of any opportunities to see live music, connect with people and to learn Spanish before the end of the year.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing in order to meet new people and make connections in new places! Staying with locals gets me immersed in the culture of a place and I can hopefully get hot tips on the area I’m staying in.
If I stay with you I am happy to contribute to the household in some capacity such as cook a basic meal (my skills are limited) or just give you company :))
Interests
I love trivia even though I’m terrible at it, hiking (only easy ones as I’m very much a beginner) and I’m still discovering new interests all the time!

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy trying out new genres/styles of music that other people recommend. A few of my all time favourite bands/artists are The Wombats, San Cisco, Florence & The Machine, The Arctic Monkeys, Ren, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Lewis Del Mar.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently went on a road trip with some other travellers in Romania where we hiked and camped in the forest for the weekend. It’s not amazing on the grand scale of things, but for me it was pretty cool and something I hadn’t done before.
