Hi there! I'm Jimin.

I am a nomad, in a sense that I don't have a place to call home(yet). I was born and raised in South Korea, but I consider myself as a citizen of the Earth. :)

There are few words to describe me: environment, free spirit, warm
I love the ocean, and this is deeply related to my passion and care for the environment. I want to learn more about it by studying it and being connected. I wander around, play guitar and sing, I pursue freedom in my life. According to my friends, I am a warm-hearted person. I think I am, my love is rare but it is real.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because this is a brilliant idea.
To take a chance to make special connection.
Who knows? the world is smaller than we think.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking a snow covered mountain with my friend to find a wild hot spring in Iceland, wearing my vans. for 3 hrs round trip.
Then we caught the last bus at night thanks to someone gave us a ride to the town. Almost mission impossible. otherwise we would have slept in a local police station because we were broke.
