ABOUT ME

Hi :) I am a 23 year old girl from Seoul, Korea. I lived and studied in Sydney, Australia from 4th grade to 12th and now I'm back in Korea for uni

I am a bright, happy, outgoing girl. I love to just sit around under the sun, eat good food, and hang out!

I LOVE food ! I enjoy eating and cooking. I can cook some Korean cuisines and also enjoy drinking beer and wine :) Hopefully I can take you to some places I like in Seoul !

I am majoring in Interior Design at Kyunghee University in Seoul, Korea. I have strong interests in Arts, Architecture and Design :)

I Love to travel as well. Last year, I went to Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand with my boyfriend, and this year we are planning to go to Europe (for the first time in my life)

PHILOSOPHY

Since middle school, the saying "aim for the moon, then even if u miss, you'll land among the stars" has been kind of like a motto for me. I try to keep aiming for bigger goals in life, especially in my career.

In life, I try to experience ALL THE THINGS I can. I believe that there are certain things in life you cannot go back to(for example, high school, prom, travel etc), and I try to make sure I do them all, and enjoy everyday of my life :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

From the CS Project, I am hoping to find friends from all over the world !

I notice now that there are more foreigners visiting Korea than many years back, and although I lived in Australia for long, I still find it very exciting to see foreigners in Korea, (as Korea is still a very homogeneous society)

Last semester I guided a group of Exchange students from University of Malaya in Malaysia and it was alot of fun. Hopefully I can have a similar experience through this community and show people around great places in Seoul, and hopefully I can get some secret tips and advices about places I am hoping to visit :)

I found out about the community from a friend of mine who was a surfer, and she says all the good things about it. So, here I am :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I showed a Russian friend around Seoul city for one and a half days :) Although it wasnt a very long time, it was a very fun and exciting experience for me. We went on a little tour around Kyungbok palace in Seoul, to Namsan tower and we had galbi, makgulli and soju
It was a lot of fun, hopefully for her as well, and I am excited to meet more people like this.

I surfed with an amazingly lovely couple in Paris; France and hopefully when i get a suitable unit,
i will be able to host people from around the world :D

My all time fav.movie is "The Notebook"
I remember I cried soooooooooooo much when I first saw the movie, and I still do every time I watch it.
In music I tend to like all sorts, really.
Books.. hmm... I like Dan Brown novels, Paulo Coelho and Bernard Werber.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I guess the most amazing thing I've done in my lifetime was to ride my scooter for the first time,
I love the wind and freedom I feel when I ride my little bike.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach you Korean, photoshop and how to ride a bike haha or cook Korean meals !
I hope to learn about different culture, and French
And I hope to share great time with you!
