About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live, love and travel.

ABOUT ME

An ambivert who is interested in nature, meditation, photography, psychology, and a great coffee!

APPROACH

Slow down, be present. I enjoy wandering on foot, by boat, swimming and finding the beautiful path which is usually slower than the main thoroughfare.

I'm frequently a solo traveler - my first solo trip was to New Zealand and Australia in 2014 and this changed my life. The world can occur for us as a kind, safe and friendly place.

Travel can be deeply spiritual.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here to meet people at events and for coffees etc as the opportunity arises. Share travel ideas. Meet a soulmate.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked on the walls around Dubrovnik and saw the city then took a funicular up the hill and saw the countryside. Then went into a museum and saw how the city had been shelled and brought to its knees. How it had rained and the survivors collected rainwater from the surfaces of the street to drink. What amazes me is the apparent lack of empathy for an army to bomb a world heritage site but also the resilience of the people living there to somehow survive.
