Interests

My current interest are in kayaking and snowboarding. Anything outdoors. I also love good local food and finding new exciting places here in Vietnam! I have recently been going on small road trips with my motorcycle around Vietnam and it is amazing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all kinds of music. I'm a big fan of movies, these days with all the new technology they use, the CGI just blows me away. I'm currently reading The Way of Zen by Alan Watts and Fabric of the Cosmos by Brian Greene.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done is kayaked the Colorado river. I’ve also rode across Indonesia on a motorbike for 2 months. And left my country to live in Southeast Asia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm studying anthropology because I love people and I love different cultures. I really enjoy trying to understand how other people view the world and make meaning in it. I plan to learn how to do organic farming because that's what I eventually would like to do if I ever settle down. I was a teaching assistant and taught 2 classes in college and very much enjoyed the experience. I now work as an English teacher in Hanoi Vietnam.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories of things I've done and learned throughout my short time on this earth along with sharing in the moments we spend together. I also have a nice living room, kitchen, bathroom and showers, washer and dryer.
