Grew up in London and now have lived and worked in England, France, Greece, Austria and Finland. Completed a bachelors degree in International Business and now working in advertising in Helsinki.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get that true local experience. Also I genuinely love Helsinki, so if I can share that passion whilst making new friends, it will be perfect.

I have met and made some amazing friends from all over the world, and I hope to continue that by hosting and surfing. However, I don’t want to be used like a hostel. If you just need a place to stay, and don’t want to hang out and explore Helsinki, please look elsewhere.

Favourite book; Lonesome Dove

Favourite movie; Forrest Gump. One of those right time, right age, right conditions first viewings that has made it my go to favorite movie since I was a kid. I recently got a chance to visit the city of Savannah in the U.S., where they filmed the bench scenes ;)

Handily, it also covers favorite music, the soundtrack to this movie is beyond good
