Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hotels are overpriced and boring, and Airbnb is a gentrifying mess. What better a time to try something new? I love meeting new people and I think it's undeniably the best way to visit a new place, through the locals' perspective :)

I have taken classes in too many things to count over the years but have a pretty wide variety of knowledge and interests, especially when it comes to cinema and urban geography, and love a good chat over a pint. Only slightly ashamed to admit that I've seen every episode of Drag Race...

I grew up reading Harry Potter but it wasn't until I read One Hundred Years of Solitude that I fell in love with books again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 18, I hiked 100 miles across solo the Pennines in England. Amazing experience.
