Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is to me a way to get like minded people together and share new experiences together. I have backpacked the east coast before and would love to see it again through different eyes. I think coach surfing is the perfect way to experience this.

My all time favourite genres are; pop punk, rock, emo folk as well as a bit of dance and hip hop. Id say top 5 bands are: Brand New, Blink 182, The Story so Far, the Manchester Orchestra, and Bad Books
Books, got into reading a little later than most but i love all of Ben Elton's, dan brown, GoTs etc. Currently reading Just Kids by Patti Smith
I love good (and awful) quality movies. I havent seen most of the classics (Godfather, Scarface etc.) but have seen a bunch of the awful ones! (mega shark vs giant octopus, sharknado etc.) I love watching films with friends and sharing the experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a month living in a very remote village in Malawi and designing and building a processing plant for the crop Moringa. It was amazing to see how much a project can truly change others way of life and the genuine thanks in peoples eyes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking! Have spent various periods of my life as a vege and as a vegan, however at the moment I am not strictly either, but I like to try to keep an awareness of meat and where it has come from.
I believe all experiences are better shared, i love hearing others views on issues and experiences as it keeps an open mind
