I’m 22 and grew up on a farm in rural Australia. I love to travel and this is the first time I have been to Europe. I am immensely curious about different places and cultures and hope to learn something about people and their ways from my travels. I try every day to be a kind and curious person as was an important value in my family. I am an active person and enjoy getting outdoors and for the last 3 months I have lived in Sweden and am ready to explore the Mediterranean! I love music, and am very interested in the history of the world.
I also hope to meet people that maybe I could host some day in Australia!

Music, Movies, and Books

I greatly appreciate music. Anything from Bob Dylan and Niel Diamond, to Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes, Rock such as Led Zeppelin and more recent bands, and of course good Aussie rock!

I love a good fiction or nonfiction and am interested in history. Recently read Life of Pi, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Man’s Search for Meaning 1984. I have also read Mythos recently reigniting my interest in Greek mythology and all of the Percy Jackson books as a kid.

I recently surfed in the Arctic circle which was a breathtaking experience!

I love learning about new cultures and teaching people about mine (if they like of course). I can play and teach guitar and English, and love exchanging cooking recipes.
