I'm a primary school teacher in a remote indigenous community about 3 hours north of Alice Springs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love learning about other people's cultures and traveling experiences. I live in a pretty unique part of the world and like the idea of sharing my experience. I also like the idea of hosting travelers and helping to reduce travel costs. Hopefully I will find the same when I am traveling.

Interests

I am passionate about indigenous education and feel priveleged to live where I do. I am also a fairly keen football (soccer) fan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I work in a remote indigenous community where I get to see some pretty incredible things. I was the principal of a school at the age of 26. I rate Cambodia and Vietnam as my two favourite countries I've visited, while Penang in Malaysia was my favorite city.
