I graduated with a BA in French in 2013, and a MA in French in 2015. I recently moved to Cleveland to a nice neighborhood not far from downtown, and I'm finally settling into what some might call "adulthood."

But that's exactly why I'm here! I was so fortunate to be able to travel around Europe during school, and I don't want to lose that adventurous spirit. I'm always down for a good beer or just a fine cup of coffee, and I love meeting people with different perspectives and stories.

The human element is, in my opinion, the most important part of going to a new place, and I'm always willing to take a chance on a stranger to make what could become a lifelong memory.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I never used Couchsurfing as a traveler, I was familiar with the idea and I love the spirit of it! Now that I have an apartment larger than a shoebox and I live in a bona fide city, I'm looking forward to meeting new people and exploring the town. I want to help others have a great time in Cleveland, because I know what a difference having a friendly face and a safe place to sleep can be for the road-weary traveler.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, with a friend, I clandestinely explored the ancient tunnels beneath the Arena of Nîmes, in southern France. They are far cleaner than one might expect.
