Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I love stories. I love hearing them, experiencing them and feeling them. And I find the best stories are told by the people I meet, face to face. I want to meet more characters, see more settings and experience as many worlds as possible.

Interests

I keep finding more interests that interest me. New things in the world, new people and new ways of living. I dont have a fixed number of interests and my interest is by no means limited to a list of interests, theres a plethora of interests out there and a multitude of interests that I'm interested in. I'm even interested in the interests I have no interest in. But I guess the list above is a pretty good list of my current interests.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is wide and far reaching and it would be easier to say what I don't like rather than what I do. I've been collecting music for years and have a broad taste. I like to look for connections in sound rather than genre and I have a list of spotify playlists along those lines here are some titles: 'She said' - female melodic vocals, 'Wood, Strings and a Box of Air - bands, acoustic etc, 'World' - World music, mostly african, 'Journeys' - melodic journeys through electronic sound, 'East' A new one taking in the sounds of the middle east and India, 'Espanol' Spanish and latin american sound with an electronic twist. I then have bi-monthly playlists from the last 2 years so I can travel back in time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 years ago I quit my job as a graphic designer in London. Replacing it with a life where I try to do something amazing everyday. I still work as a designer but I don't let it tie me to a desk.
