I am a professional chef that has recently made the decision to transform my career and focus solely on progressive plant based studies and sustainable education.

I've updated my profile by mentioning that I will be touring around Europe from Oct 23 - end of Nov. I will be attending several Vegan Festivals and preliminary plant based studies. After ward I will be taking courses on Vegan Lifestyle Education and Vegan Chef Instructor to further "beef" up my resume before I take the plunge into vegan entrepreneurship!
