I am a soon-to-be graduate student at the University of Minnesota, studying biomedical engineering. I recently graduated from college, where I studied chemistry and German and was able to study abroad for a semester in Germany. I also lived in Germany for three years when I was very young. I love to travel, meet new people, and experience different cultures through their language, music, art, food, and customs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have traveled quite a bit throughout Europe, and would like to expand my horizons to other destinations. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to travel and meet people. I am currently in transition between college and graduate school, and am unable to host couchsurfers, but once I get more established I hope to host other travelers as well.

Interests

I enjoy running, cycling, swimming, hiking, camping, etc. Just about anything outdoors! I also enjoy playing and listening to music. I play guitar, violin, and harmonica, and sing poorly and out of tune. I enjoy drinking tea and coffee as well.
