I am studying environmental policy and forestry at Warren Wilson College. Born and raised in Missouri, I am passionate about economic environmental policy and ecological sustainability. I've performed ecological field research on the impacts of fossil fuel development in Wyoming. Recently, I have been involved with community organizing efforts opposing fracked gas pipelines in Massachusetts and mountaintop removal in Appalachia. At Warren Wilson College, I co-founded the campus’s Fossil Fuel Divestment Campaign and I am a member of the Environmental Justice Crew.
