I'm hoping to couchsurf in Europe in early October with one of my best friends!

I love trying new, unique things, and I have an insatiable wanderlust! I'm a lover of all kinds of food (the spicier the better!), coffee, wine, beer--everything that people eat or drink, basically. I'm really interested in politics, literature, film and TV, good music. I'm equal parts cat and dog person.

The most amazing thing I've seen was the Kapellbrücke in Lucerne, Switzerland. It's fairly unassuming compared to some of the other things I've seen in my travels (Versailles, Neuschwanstein, giant Buddhas, the city of Venice), but for some unknowable reason, I had a glorious, peaceful, awed moment while walking across the bridge. I think that moment started my lifelong wanderlust.
