Overview
About Me
I'm an urbanism master's student at the Politecnico di Milano and am definitely a nerd when it comes to cities. I like learning in general though and would be thrilled to exchange knowledge and ideas. If you have a creative bone, we'll probably vibe.
The various stresses and changes of the pandemic have brought up new things in my life that I'm still learning and trying to figure out. For example, I became vegan and started to explore films/cinema. :)
Fully Pfizer vaccinated as of 05/2021 :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because inhabitants are the narrators of places. They offer an account of the history, embody its present, and envision the future. I want to try to perceive places through local eyes.
And people give life meaning.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Classical Piano/Violin, Jazz, Soft Techno, R&B, Classic/Art/Surf/Psych Rock, Most things Indie/Alt
Reading: I've recently been stuck on urbanism-related, academic writing, but am always up for classic literature as well. Recently read "The Picture of Dorian Gray," and really enjoyed it.
Films: The Dead Poet Society, Captain Fantastic, Parasite, Interstellar, Dances with Wolves, Inception [I have so many]
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent two summers designing and constructing footbridges with campesinos in Veraguas, Panama. This was off-the-grid and connected several formerly-isolated communities.
