Hey,

my name is Ben, I am 25 years old and grew up in Bad Honnef, near Bonn.

After finishing my apprenticeship, to become a Physiotherapist, two years ago now I moved back to the region where I am from and started my work life.

I live now in Bad Honnef. I have a cozy 2 room apartement close to the river Rhein and the "mountains" :D

In my free time I like to do sports, mostly biking, be it road or mountainbiking, enjoy nature, travel, roam around the city, music, a good book, great food (!) and great wine.

I am a rather chilled guy. I do not like to stress myself over little things and really like my peace and quiet and enjoying the moment.
Sometimes I am not so chatty, but it is not meant as an insult :D
Even though I am usually more chilled, that does´nt mean I don´t have my crazy side. Not everyone gets to see it, but it is there and believe it or not, my favourable answer to any idea (the more nonsense, the better) is yes.

And, of course, I like Netflix ;)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like travelling myself and I love the idea behind couchsurfing.

Whereever I went it was always the best to have someone to be with who actually is from the area. They usually provide the best tips and guidance.
And since I am living by myself, I have enough space for a guest,

Sports/Fitness/Health in General

Food! I like to cook a lot. Usually when I cook for myself I keep it simple, but every now and then, especially if I have somebody over, I really like to take it up a notch.

Good drinks. I am really liking a good glass of drink. Be it a nice wine, some good whiskey or good beer. I like it.

音乐、电影和书籍

I cant say I like any specific music the most. It is really mood depending with me. I always like new music :)

I am a big reader. Back in the days I used to read a lot of fantasy books. These days its short stories, books about a health related topic or about happiness and philosophy. I try to read something daily.

Snowshoe hiking in a Finnish national park at -28 degrees definetely was an experience.

Or watching a car spinning show in Soweto, South Africa.

There are many more. I rather tell you with a glass of wine. ;)
