About Me
Hi all! I am a US college student studying economics and political science who is currently studying abroad in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain! I am very interested in learning about others and especially learning about local and state political issues in places all over the world. I speak Castilian Spanish at a conversational level, and I am obviously a native English speaker. I have also some limited Italian experience, though my Spanish is much stronger.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to travel around Europe, especially Ireland and the UK, while I am already across the pond for the semester. Much of my traveling will be alone, and I have seen that meeting and interacting with locals here in Spain has made the experience immensely more enjoyable and valuable. Also, unfortunately, not being able to find a subletter in the US has made my semester much more expensive than previously planned, and I need to cut costs when possible! If I have a good experience, perhaps I can return the favor in sunny Columbus, OH, USA...
