Hey friends,

I am a 26-year-old student of gastronomy sciences at the University of Slow Food in Piedmont, Italy.

The fuel of my life is food, that's what motivates me to explore various cultures and ways of being different than mine.

Before I moved to Italy, I worked as a sue-chef in some restaurants of leading chefs in Israel.

In the last year, I started a tourism start-up, in which I connect Foodies from all over the world to manufacturers and farmers who their creation is their whole world.

I'm looking forward to meet local people who I can share stories and adventures. Therefore my current goal of travelling is to get to know as many people that could teach me some practical methods or experiences of they're own. I also enjoy cooking, and I'll be happy to share with you some beautiful recipes I have collected from my journeys.

I have been playing the guitar for over ten years, not on a professional level but feel comfortable teaching you some nice songs and generally sing and create a good vibe.
I'm always happy to learn about more music and would love to learn to play other instruments.

Among other things, I would be more than happy to teach and share with you recipes I have collected on trips and journeys around the world.
