Hello! My name is Ben, I'm 23 and currently studying at Edinburgh Uni.

I've spent a great deal of time travelling and getting by on the generosity of others. Now I feel like I want to give something back to the couchsurfing community after having such lovely positive experiences.

I am very new to the area so I wouldn't be very helpful with suggestions for places to go in Edinburgh, but that also means I'm up for exploring the city with new couchsurfing people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel I generally go solo as I love the sense of freedom that comes with it. However, without meeting new people and making friends along the way, it can often grow to be dull and lonely. Couchsurfing is a wonderful way to meet such amazing people, get to know new places and sweeten the entire travelling experience.
