About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Ban or label GMOs and legalizing industrial hemp while building our future the permaculture way.
ABOUT ME
Raised in Louisiana by an amazing vegetarian massage therapists who taught me to care for others as well as the planet. After losing faith in the profit driven model of education I did an internship with Earthship Biotecture in Taos, NM then moved to family land in Kentucky to build one of my own. I got swooped up by the Sustainable Living Roadshow where we did two national tours of the United States building "eco-villages" to educate around sustainability using games, structures, music, art and theater. I have since co-founded a non-profit called REAL Cooperative and currently working in Oregon on a GMO labeling initiative.

PHILOSOPHY
I have always had a passion to help people and over time that passion has grown into one of helping myself, the planet and all it's inhabitants. I view the worlds problems and opportunities for the global community to grow and evolve into a more peaceful sustainable community. I believe that thoughts and believes can shape our feelings as well as our material world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During the time I toured with the Sustainable Living Roadshow I have helped build goliath bamboo structures, seen mountaintop removal sites, received non-violent direct action training, protested fracking, helped lead a 315 mile march from Brooklyn to DC demanding the labeling of GMOs, got an inside look at the Occupy Movement in over 10 cities, seen the grand canyon, the carlsbad caverns, the redwoods and of course drove a cornfish car across the country. Aside from the roadshow, I've built Earthships and helped build a community center in Oakland, CA. Dived off waterfalls, been skydiving, snowboarding, wake boarding. Oops, I just realized it asks for one amazing thing! oh well, I' not deleting haha
Teach, Learn, Share
Insight into the issues and solutions to many of the worlds problems, knowledge and wisdom gathered through vast experiences, I can teach you how to survive a hurricane, flood or earthquake considering I've survived them all. I also have a growing knowledge in natural building and permaculture, but more of a student than teacher at the moment.
