Kate and I are in our early 40's, we live in beautiful Mid Wales with our 2 amazing home-educated boys aged 7 and 9 and our old dog Jonathan. We live off grid in a cabin nestled in a 9 acre woodland which we share with a friend and his child. It's rustic but fuctional. We always seem to have loads to do and not enough time to do it. We have plans to extend the veg gardens, coppice wood, build a sauna, a tree house, etc, etc... There's plenty to do. We like to have a go at lots of things and we'd be particularly happy to hear from anyone with a particular skill/passion who wants a space to be creative. We are also very keen to welcome other home ed families or people travelling with children.

Accommodation can be in a small caravan, or we have space for a van to park up, but you can use our space as you need to. There is heating in the caravan.

We both speak a bit of Spanish and would love to get some more practice at that, Spanish speakers would be very welcome.

We live in a beautiful place with plenty of hills and woods, the Wye river is not far from the woods, which has several wild swimming spots. We love wild swimming. There's an amazing community of people locally and any help-exers would be welcome at the many social gathering that happen here weekly and throughout the year.
