ABOUT ME

I come from Taichung City in Taiwan.
I love to travel by myself.
But, I've travel around this island more than 3 times.
With lots of different and exciting experience.
I love music, especially saxophone. My dream is to play that on the street in the cities around the world.
Even though I stay there for more than 23 years, I have many friends from many countries, Colombia,Spain, Germany, Poland, France, India, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Kuwait and Egypt.
Friends are important elements in my life:)

PHILOSOPHY

Follow your intuition. Don't lie to yourself is the most policy.
I love to share anything to each other in deep mind.
I believe the potential in human beings. Although it's not infinite, but it still have a big range we've never seen.
I like to change, change myself , change the surrounding , change anything we can't stand for.
The ability to change is the ability to express my life.
We're not perfect at all, but we can be the change agent. This kind of attitude is perfectly touch me.
The identity is the most important for me when traveling. That's why I try to make friends and keep in touch as possible as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I was considering to find interesting place in Boston, one of my friend tell me here is a wonderful place to find couches and friends!! That's make sense to my goal--> Making friends around the world

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

== Be a surfer==
Not in here.
But I've slept in on the floor of others room in hotel, and the friend I've met for less than 5 hours.
I've slept on the beach in a small island, and the beach is belong to an Aborigine.
Or..... there're so many couches in the world you know:)
So many friends.
I've slept in the Temple and watched Shaolin martial arts in the morning.
I've slept in one beautiful hotspring valley in Tibet. That was awesome.
I really enjoy the feeling , the feeling to wake up in different city every day.
Next stop, San Francisco and Tokyo!!!
== Be a host==
1. One girl from Taipei tried to travel around Taiwan island, bring her lovely dog here and we have a good time @ the dinner.
2. One Estonian friend came from Japan, she had traveled for many years. We have a long long chat for values, friends cultures and even religion. She is a good teacher:p
3. An American who lives in Taichung came Hsinchu for conference, ask me for a night and he gave me a bunch of chili he planted. That's interesting.
4. Two energetic girls from Hong Kong, they want to see around HsinChu and we laugh at the sightseeing in HsinChu. Thanks to their rice wine. It tasted great.

Music, Movies, and Books

Benjamin's advanture is the most touch movie these days.
My name is also Benjamin, and I love discover too.
Tango, light jazz or just classical is my favorite music. But I can accept many kinds of music.:)
``Inception'' is also shake my value. What is the totem we believe in the world we live:> That's our mission.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

====2009=======
I've travel around my Country for more than 3 weeks.
I only spent less than USD 100 .
I didn't pay any for sleep.
I slept in park, Temple, church, beach, or new-make-friends' house. The distance I've walk more than 1400 km.
==2010===
Once traveling to Tibet, 2 Tibetan accompanied with me to see some social activity people , listening to their history.( That day I almost arrest by the police)
The rights for Tibetan is too poor to shock me. We are so lucky to live in the freedom world.
==2011==
Go volunteers' camp in Cambodia, the lifestyle and hunger they suffered was a great cultural-shock for me. I and other friends built a fantasia classroom for a orphanage near the Angkor Wat. I feel so proud of what we have done there.

I love to learn the humble attitude toward many kinds of people.
The board mind when talking to strangers.
The easy tone to share life experience.
The respect concept to take friends.
Someone don't afraid to tell my drawback is also treasure to me.
