About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Conocer el mundo.
ABOUT ME
I'm a pre-medicine student at the University of Wisconsin, but I'm majoring in spanish. I'm extremely afraid of stagnation, so every opportunity I have to leave my home, I take. I've always traveled alone for some reason or another, and I resent the American tourist stereotype.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a humanist, and I believe that we can only make sense of the world using reason, experience and shared human values. I believe that we should live life on the basis that it is the only life we'll have, and therefore we must make the most of it for ourselves, each other, and our world.
And Fortes fortuna adiuvat / Just Do It.

Music, Movies, and Books
Some of my favorite movies include: Anything by Woody Allen (OK, almost anything), The Godfather, Children Of Men, Todo Sobre Mi Madre, Habla con ella, Garden State, and anything with Clive Owen.
I listen to many different types of music, but my heart belongs to the hip hop of the early 90's. Indie Rock, Juanes, and Mana are all pretty good too.
I love to read. If you do too, we can be friends. Kurt Vonnegut and To Kill A Mockingbird have been responsible for creating the person that I am today.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have had a monkey steal my box of Cheerios while I was eating breakfast. Fortunately I poured myself a bowl first.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to juggle. I will learn anything you are willing to teach me, preferably cooking, lock picking, or languages. I can share my outlook and thoughts on life, my goals, my hopes, and maybe even my aspirations.
I really need to learn how to salsa dance.
