ABOUT ME

Normal stuff really, worked for a while, now traveling for a short time before working again. Lived abroad for a couple of years and now heading back to London but really enjoyed meeting random people on the way so thought I'd give it a go a little more formally, on the advice of fellow traveler. So we'll see what happens!

Being human is all about compassion, nothing more. Live with compassion, respect and integrity and the rest will sort itself out.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not been able to contribute just yet, as only just been introduced to the idea! Looking forward to it though - for me the whole concept is important, people giving and sharing and learning, whether it's couches or time or experiences!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new so my only experience is the conversations of friends who've tried it and loved it - that's why I'm signing up now!

Interests

Will give anything a go, really, provided it doesn't involve excessive heights. But you can never really go wrong with reading a great book after a few drinks, or a great game of football.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - lots, though I suspect I missed the reincarnation boat and should be riding the railroads somewhere in 50s America. Mumford and Sons at the moment. Plus a Prodigy revival. Books? Steinbeck. Although I can't recommend Pete McCarthy highly enough, either.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wrote to Roald Dahl when I was eight. He said I had a great imagination.
