ABOUT ME

I'm and outgoing, silly, energetic, and generous and try to find the good in all situations. I try to keep myself busy with work,exercise, volunteering, and hanging out with friends doing either new things or the usual night at the bar.

My travel history is not very extensive and I'm hoping to become more traveled in the near future.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered couchsurfing through a good friend I met while volunteering. I currently attend Seattle Wednesday night couch surfer trivia and I'm interested in hosting once I move closer to Seattle (currently living about 45 mins south in Auburn).

Eventually, I want experience world travel on the level that many other surfers are to meet more great people, experience different cultures, and contribute where I can around the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing as of September, 2008 and my only involvement with couchsurfing has been attending the Seattle group gatherings.

My interests are very broad and I'm one of those people who's always looking for something new to try.

I enjoy hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, biking and nearly anything outdoors. I've still yet to try rock climbing but my friends are pushing me to get involved.

I love to travel but wish I would have done more. I suppose NOW is the best time to change that.

I'm kind of a sucker for cheesy action films because they provide a cheap source of entertainment when I want to turn my brain off. My favorite movies (of at least the ones that come to mind) are:The Karate Kid, The Last Dragon, Forgetting Sarah Marshal, Snatch, Good Will Hunting, Forest Gump.

Books: I love the Grapes of Wrath, The Power of Now, The Picture of Dorian Grey. Awesome!
