Music, Movies, and Books

Theres to many books and movies to mention. But i love the movie "Stand by me" and the book "Born to Run" and i am currently reading "Cosmos" by Carl Sagan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

lived in china for 1year training shaolin kung-fu, it was in kung-fu school with about 5000 students. you could compare it to a military camp. the training was very intense. 5-6 hours a day 6 days a week. it was very difficult both mentally and physically. i saw some amazing athletes there.
Also running an ultra-marathon is something that was very rewarding. 113km run, the pain is something you can only experience through pushing your body to its limit. its an amazing feeling.
