About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The plan is no plan!
ABOUT ME
A country boy from the east coast of Australia. I grew up in a little town called Stanthorpe where we rode kangaroos to school every day. No, really.
PHILOSOPHY
The title of my blog sums it up very well : "The Plan is No Plan"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am fairly new to the Couchsurfing project, having only stayed with two people... and met lots of friendly CS folk in Dublin. But this is how I want to travel.
outside of Couhsurfing I have spent three months in Spain, surfing couches of wonderful friends and people that I met along the way.
Interests
My photography can be seen on my flickr page http://www.flickr.com/photos/givingkittensaway/
I have been practicing astanga yoga for over two years, and continue to practice regularly. I have been to India to study astanga with BNS Iyengar, and will return one day.
Hiking and camping. I love putting a pack on my back and vanishing into the wilderness.
My studies at university were in mathematics, a topic that I find endlessly interesting and challenging. One day, when i hang up my backpack for a while, I will continue my studies for a PhD, or get a job in mathematics research.
And I follow the exploits of Liverpool football club wherever I am in the world... and I also like to join in any games I come across.
