Overview
About Me
Born and raised in England but never wanting to stay still, I crossed the Venezuelan border into Brazil in 2009 and never looked back. After a year living in Rio I decided to be a mercenary in the Saudi Arabian desert. A year later I was back in cidade maravilhosa, and I'm here to stay. Vocês sejam bem-vindos no meu sofá, it's ready to be surfed!
"Morre lentamente quem não viaja, quem não lê, quem não ouve música, quem não encontra graça em si mesmo."
WHEN I CANNOT HOST (apologies for the caps, but I get quite a lot of requests):
- April 3 to 18 (friends staying)
- July 5 to 26 (friends staying)
- Olympics Rio 2016 (friends staying)
- September 6 to 27 (in Europe)
I can always hang out though, drop me a message
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I found out about Couch Surfing whilst travelling in South America. I've hosted a few people and it's been great, I intend to do some couchsurfing myself in the future.
I'm looking to meet likeminded people, not to save money.
Interests
Being out of my comfort zone, meeting new people and seeing new places, being obsessive about sport and music. Pretending to be a Carioca. Trying not to get sun burnt (getting sun burnt). Swimming. Eating. Reading. Cooking. The occasional drink. Having a lack of routine
