ABOUT ME

I'm up for everything and down for anything! I'm a sociable person with an adventurous outlook on life and I enjoy traveling as much as I like meeting people along the way. I'm interested in a variety of cultures and have journeyed to some magnificent locations around the globe. I think of the CouchSurfing community as a marvelous opportunity to make new connections, share my knowledge, listen and learn from others, and expose myself to fresh experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

I live a balanced life and am rooted between a place of dreaming pragmatically (Aldous Huxley) and challenging myself to do something that scares me every day (Eleanor Roosevelt).

I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities and grew up playing most sports, although the ones I stuck with are soccer, hockey, and table tennis. I spin fire (poi) and go free running (parkour) whenever possible. I like going out, staying in, and everything in between. I design and develop websites and enjoy comedic copywriting as a hobby. I consume way too much media and feed my head with a healthy amount of reading.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I got hit by a van the day after I turned 6 and missed a grand opportunity to see Free Willy on its opening day, but I lived to write about it in this little white box and even saw the movie a few months later, so it all worked out! I've also spent a night on a glacial mountaintop and kayaked with a pod of orca.
