About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To simply see more, experience more, and to find out what I like.

ABOUT ME

this description may be a little a.d.d.

I am not completely new to surfing however I decided to have my own account. My old roommate was the one who really got me into the idea of it.

the cliche "jack of all trades, master of none" really describes me well. Music, cooking, sports, art, travel...

I love to cook food and am always trying to learn some new stuff to cook. Usually it involves "exotic" cuisine, spicy, and I like to cook healthy stuff. Butter is making a comeback these days.

Music is in my soul and I'm an old soul. Not AARP old. More of a "rustic" or "patterned quilt" old. I appreciate the quality of sounds. Your voice when you speak. Imperfections are gold when it comes to music. That being said, I binge on some K-pop every once in a while. Rambling...

PHILOSOPHY

Be passionate when you are well rested. Be prudent when you aren't.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

enlightenment through musical experience. Unfortunately the enlightenment wasn't permanent :)

Teach, Learn, Share

If you are having trouble sleeping or relaxing at the end of the day, Magnesium can really help. Stress can deplete magnesium. It is in dark green vegetable but you can also take a good quality supplement. Another great way to get it into your body is to take a hot bath with 2 cups of epsom salt (availabe at most groceries). Soooo relaxing!
