我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Some time ago I registered on Couchsurfing to meet some travelers while I was traveling to Poland on my own.
After I started my master's in an international class I felt so excited and encouraged by the cultural variety and different experiences we could share in a single room. It got me inspired to open Couchsurfing again, finally fulfill these blanks and feel ready to try hosting and being hosted myself:)

I would say these are some of the things that impressed me a lot.
Visiting San Juan Chamula Church in Mexico, which seems a completely different world inside. It is where Catholicism meets indigenous beliefs, where you will see people drink Coca Cola and local distillate while worshipping and sacrificing animal.
Witnessing Hindu open cremation procedures in Pashupatinath, Nepal.
Running by the river on a fresh-made bamboo float in Thailand.
Paraglading in Ölüdeniz and balloning in my native Crimea.
